The Fine Print

Shipping & Returns

Our prints are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for your print to be prepared for shipping.

A4 prints are protected in tissue paper with a non-bendable card backing.

A3 prints are protected in tissue paper and sent in a mailing cylinder.

All other items will be packaged and sent in a box or mailer.


Framed Prints

Our frames are locally made by hand. Please allow up to 10 business days for your framed print to be packed and prepared for shipping.

All framed prints are securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a protective box.

Digital Prints

For digital print purchases, a high-resolution file will be sent to your email within 24 hours of purchase. This allows you to print the artwork at your convenience. Please ensure you provide a valid email address at checkout. If you do not receive your file within the stated timeframe, kindly check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Delivery & Tracking

Kesari Co. offers trackable delivery across Australia via Australia Post, Fastway, or Direct Freight. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive it within the expected timeframe.

Standard orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Express orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.


Delivery time frames are estimates only and may be subject to courier delays. We do not accept cancellations due to late deliveries.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email. If you require a hard copy with your order, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we offer an exchange or online store credit, provided that:

The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

The item is in its original condition.

The item is not damaged, used, or altered.


Please note, return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at namaste@kesaricollective.com.au

We do not accept returns on sale items unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us at namaste@kesaricollective.com.au and we will organise a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. Kesari Co. has no control over processing times or duty rates and provides all necessary customs information when dispatching orders.

International Shipping & Taxes

International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.

The tracking number provided can be used on the relevant postal service’s website for updates. For example, an Australia Post tracking number can be used on the United States Postal Service website once the parcel arrives in the U.S.

Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure all orders reach you safely, Kesari Co. cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered parcels due to courier issues or incorrect address details.

If your parcel is missing, please contact Australia Post or the relevant courier service immediately. Alternatively, reach out to us and we will assist in exploring your options.
