Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. However, please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we offer an exchange or online store credit, provided that:

The item is returned within 30 days of purchase.

The item is in its original condition.

The item is not damaged, used, or altered.


Please note, return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at namaste@kesaricollective.com.au

We do not accept returns on sale items unless deemed faulty. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.

If an item arrives damaged, please email us at namaste@kesaricollective.com.au and we will organise a replacement, store credit, or refund.
